One last kids camp for back to school! Our tasks this week will help the kids transition back into school as we will give healthy ideas for lunch boxes, breakfast and teas. Here's a peek at some of the fun itinerary: 

Monday: Weekly meal prep, planner & shopping lists for breakfast, lunch  & after school.  Scavanger hunts & muffin baking.

Tuesday: Build a lunch box (we will eat what we build) from your journal. Sample dips & more. 

Wednesday: Wake up Day! Brain & focus foods. Smoothology (make your own smoothie) & bread muffins

Thursday: Tea Time! Teas to help relax, unwind & sleep. Go home with tea bags you make. Boba teas are served with snacks today.

Friday: Games & jewlery craft activities.  

All supplies are included. Tickets are for the full week. Max 16 kids. No refunds.
