Mediterranean Oregano tends to be a bit sweeter and have a flavor that is somewhat anise in nature. It tastes a little earthy, a little woody, a little peppery, and has a lemon and pine flavor finish.

Pretty much everything. Add to pasta sauces, toss over a salad, rub on lamb, sprinkle over chicken, fish, eggs, soups, stews, add in dressings and sauces, and more.
