Our ground Sumac Berries is very faintly scented and fruity with a tart, astringent taste which is sometimes described as lemony.

Sumac Berries

    • Lamb, chicken, fish, or pork.
    • Salads, meats, seafood stews, dressings, vegetable casseroles, and rice. 
    • It pairs nicely with other spices like allspice, chile peppers, chili powders, cilantro, coriander, cumin, garlic, paprika, parsley, sesame, and thyme.
